SHIPPING POLICY
Receiving orders
After purchasing on the website, you can choose the delivery options tailored to your area or choose self-collection at no cost, on days Sunday-Thursday and by prior arrangement on the phone shown above and on the contact page on the website. Self-collection orders will be ready for collection on the next business day after prior arrangement.
Shipping options
We provide deliveries to the customer's home in the defined distribution areas (localities of the country that are not "special areas" listed below and areas) at the time of purchase. Their delivery to the customer's house wondered between 3-7 working days.
On special times and holidays, there may be delays of up to 9 days of delivery to the customer's home.
Shipments destined for distribution in special areas listed below will be delivered up to 14 days delivery (usually less).
Special areas for the purposes of this section: the settlements of the Dead Sea, Eilat, and the settlements of the Arava.
Deliveries for special localities in: Golan Heights localities, Arab sector localities, Gaza Envelope localities, Jordan Valley localities, localities beyond the Green Line (territories) and the northern border - please contact us through the contact details to find shipping options and accessibility to your area.
If you are interested in shipping to localities that are not in the defined distribution areas or among the special areas above - you can contact us with the contact details above for clarification of delivery to your area and coordination of delivery.
Shipments destined for distribution in restricted areas to the courier company / courier company will be sent by registered mail.
Shipping costs:
Delivery cost is 35 NIS, this amount will be added to the order cost when completing the purchase on the website.
For purchases over NIS 400, free shipping will be provided.
Deliveries up to 24 hours - involve an additional cost and can be made by prior arrangement. Will only be possible on business days (not including Friday-Saturday and holidays or special holidays)
Shipments abroad - must be arranged by phone in advance. Involve additional cost depending on the destination.
For gift delivery packaging - you can contact us by phone to coordinate delivery and the recipients' details.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only
(Sunday to Thursday, not including holiday eves, holidays and weekdays)
Orders received on the site on non-business days will only be processed on the following business day.
Delivery of products by distribution of deliveries here in Israel only and is subject to reasonable accessibility.
We will not be liable for any damages for delay and / or delay caused as a result of force majeure, third parties and / or circumstances or events beyond our control.
Retention of rights
Notwithstanding the foregoing, DOUCEUR AND MORE reserves the right to change the distribution areas, shipping fees and shipping and delivery policies at any time it deems fit and subject to the law.
Terms of exchanges and returns
Replacements or returns of DOUCEUR AND MORE products purchased in a distance selling transaction - will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and regulations thereunder, according to which a transaction may be canceled within 14 days of receipt of the product or approval of the transaction, whichever is later.
In case of cancellation or return, please contact the company through one of the contact details listed above and on the contact page on the website, as soon as possible and up to 5 days from the date of receipt of the product or execution of the transaction. Cancellation of the transaction or replacement of the product will be possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product and subject to the above:

Only a product that is not damaged and not used will be received, in its original packaging (as far as it is packaged) , with the label and the purchase invoice attached, up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

A product assembled at the customer's home will not be returned.

The product will be returned by courier or returned to the address: Dror 16, Tel Aviv, and by prior arrangement!

The cost of delivery will apply to the customer, except in exceptional cases where the warranty on the product applies to the company, such as a defect or error in the order.

The shipping costs of the original transaction will not be refunded.

The customer will be credited after receiving the product from the company and approving it, in accordance with the payment policy.

Options for receiving a credit for replacement needs: The product can be returned, in its original and complete packaging (as packaged), within 14 days of receipt, and receive a credit for it. The customer will be subject to the shipping costs of the product returned to the company and of the alternative product (s) sent to his home.

In the case of returning a product in exchange for a refund, the company may ask for a cancellation fee of 5% of the cost of the returned product or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) for clearing costs, service and more.
